After the 2008 Olympics, Dino Duva built relationships with the National Boxing and Taekwondo Center of the Department of Sports of China and obtained exclusive rights to market all Chinese boxers. As a result, Chinese boxers had little freedom to choose an alternative promoter. On March 10, 2014, the 31-year-old Zhang signed a four-year contract with Dynasty Boxing, a company 50% owned by Duva. Zhang was Dynasty’s first signing and Zhang had only one fight under Dynasty Boxing. Dynasty went bankrupt and closed down in December 2014.
Back in his apartment, Zhang enjoys two distractions: cooking and making tea. As part of his strict diet plan, he eats only two meals each day, with plenty of fruits. When he is making tea — normally his favorite, Longjing — he follows the ritual of a tea ceremony, from which he says he has gained inspirations for the ring.
“On my right arm, I got the full sleeve done when I was 18. The sleeve is just what we call the tatau, but then I’ve got the legs as well, which is the pe’a. It’s probably one of the highest honors in Samoan culture and I got it done with my dad.”
While Tyson’s tattoo isn’t a traditional Maori face tattoo, it draws inspiration from tribal designs. Tyson himself has mentioned that he appreciates the cultural significance of tribal tattoos, and he has embraced elements of this art form to create his own unique tattoo.
i can run 3-4miles. non stop.. is that enough or i should. run 6-7miles? i can push up 300 everyday and 90 sit ups everyday.. sometimes i rest 1-2days only.. when i was 16 i’ve been trained by my uncle.. then i continue training when i turn 17..and its now. do i have opportunity to stand in the ring with that exercise.? 300 push up 90 sit ups 30mins jumping rope .. add someting pls..add something excercise that ican use.. do i need to shadow box while runing. example.. run then stop and do shadow box. ^_^

The Romans developed a glove called the caestus (cestus) that is seen in Roman mosaics and described in their literature; this glove often had lumps of metal or spikes sewn into the leather. The caestus is an important feature in a boxing match in Virgil’s Aeneid (1st century bce).
